How long does account approval take?+
Most applications are reviewed within 24 hours. You'll be able to log in as soon as your account is approved.
What cryptocurrencies do you support?+
We support USDC on multiple chains including Base, Ethereum, Polygon, and Tron. Bitcoin is also supported for settlement.
How do I receive my funds?+
Payments settle directly to your USDC wallet address. There's no holding period — funds arrive as soon as the transaction confirms on-chain.
Can I accept both cards and crypto?+
Yes. Card payments are processed through our onramp partner at a higher fee (3.5-4.5%), while crypto payments have our standard low rates (0.7-1.2%).
What happens if I need to change plans?+
You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard Settings tab. Upgrades take effect once payment is verified.
